He arranged a very professional photographer which I believed brought in many interested buyers. The house sold on the first day it was listed and then we received a higher offer the next day (and also multiple other offers.) . She helped us with both in 2015 & in again in 2022. Following her suggestions, we were able to sell our house in a very short period of time. She also understood exactly what we were looking for in buying a new house. The whole process was so perfectly timed that we close on our sale and purchase within one day. Thea is a good agent for high-end real estate, which takes more finesse. I enjoyed working with her, as she was upbeat and has a good sense of humor.
